Shotover Jet Queenstown Experience – Photos & Videos

As part of our 8-day trip in Queenstown, New Zealand, our friends and people we met in Queenstown recommended us to experience the Shotover Jet excursion. At first we thought this is just another powerboat ride, looking at Queenstown sceneries and whatnot. We did not do any research before but decided to just go for it on our 2nd day in Queenstown.

Some important information about the Shotover Jet:

• Price: $140
• Ride time: 25 minutes on the powerboat
• Overall excursion time: 1 hour 45 minutes with transport / pick up
• No phones or cameras allowed on the boat
• You can buy the Shotover Jet cam pack (photos and videos of your ride) for $60
• Pick up area: The station buiding (corner of Shotover St and Camp St)
